You can pick up Fork oil at your local dealer - the only thing I found was that they did not have the 15w oil - only 10w or 20w (and no, mixing the two is NOT a good idea to get half and half to make 15w)
As far as how much, can't remember off the top of my head - I know it's 14.91 but I don't remember 14.91 what. It might be 14.91 cc)
